Payton Moledor is a vivacious performer and creative currently working in Roanoke, Virginia.
Dubbed an "artistic chameleon," Payton is a genre-spanning performer delighting crowds as both an accomplished musical theatre vocalist and grounded Shakespearean actor. A true triple threat, this nationally-acclaimed lyric soprano can sing above the staff and recite sonnets in the same breath.
When she isn't onstage, Payton can be found running the show. Currently serving as the Assistant Artistic Director of Mill Mountain Theatre, Payton has experience producing for 59E59 Theatres, Theater Alliance, and the University of Virginia Arts Board. In addition to her work in the theatre, Payton is a freelance writer interested in exploring the artistic experience and founder of Remote Control Branding & Design, a creative branding company for artists.
Payton was born and raised in North Carolina and takes every opportunity to return to the mountains of her home state. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art.
